Andrea Lucille
Andrea, a graduate of Rhode Island School of Design, draws the inspiration for her jewelry from natural forms and elements of classic art.
Her diverse art education and the influences of a life spent surrounded by various forms of art is reflected in her imaginative work.
While a student at RISD, Andrea honed her craft as an apprentice for Monet Group, Inc. She also worked as a freelance jeweler for several
New York-based designers before founding Andrea Lucille Designs.
In order to create the pieces of Andrea Lucille Designs, Andrea first sketches ideas before rendering them in wax. She works with the wax
form to create texture and shape before finalizing the design. Some elements are cast directly from the wax form, while others use the wax only as a guide
for cutting and assembling the gold and silver.
Andrea's hands-on approach, using no assistants or apprentices, ensures that only the highest quality pieces bear the Andrea Lucille Designs
name. She handcrafts one of a kind settings for many of her pieces.
