I was born in Iowa and spent lazy summer days looking for brightly colored stones in the creeks and river valley that surrounded our farm. Raised in a family widely known for its artistic talent and creativity, my earliest memories are of my father drawing for me, and my grandmother and great-aunt creating beautiful works of art. Those two passions, rock collecting and artistic creativity, have now merged into a line of handmade jewelry.
