Richard and Beth Bosman

Richard Bosman (The "R" of B & R Jewelers) is a graduate of Boston University and has apprenticed with Robert Hogan at the Rhode Island School of Design. He has also completed courses offered by Rio Grande in New Mexico. Beth (the "B" of B&R Jewelers) graduated from Boston University with a bachelor's degree in education and received her MED from Boston College. Her first venture into jewelry was as a street vendor selling "Beads and Brownies" on Harvard Square in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Eventually this prompted a career change into making and selling jewlery. Richard and Beth began participating in art shows in Massachusetts in 1980. They then relocated to Florida in 1995 and have been doing shows there ever since. They have won 1st place awards at All Children's Hospital Guild in St. Petersburg, the Panama City Woman's Art Show, and the Art in the Park show in Orlando. Third place was won at Lake Eola and a design was selected by the Renwick Gallery of the Smithsonian.
