Established in 1981 by Pam Fletcher and Betsy Toth, Piney Mountain Plate and Tile is proud to be a part of the American Art Tile tradition.

Our handcrafted tiles and switchplate covers feature our distinctive botanical imprints of the plants, flowers and grasses native to our fields and woodlands here on our farm at the beginning of Virginia's beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains.

Composed in durable, high-fire stoneware clays that capture the fine details and textures of the imprints and finished with translucent colors and glazes that enhance the imprints and reveal the intrinsic beauty of the clays, each piece tells a story of the natural landscape.
