Lynn Froelich

ARTIST STATEMENT

The lithographs and other works on paper by Lynn Froelich burst with vibrant colors and shapes. Her lithographs and collages depict lively nature scenes and still–life. Lynn earned an MFA from Florida State, Her postgraduate work continued in New Mexico at the prestigious Tamarind Institute. After completion of the Tamarind Professional Printer Program she partnered in the establishment of Atlanta, Georgia’s Rolling Stone Press. The Press and artier was devoted to the creation of hand-printed lithographs. She was a member of the art faculty at Appalachian State, where she taught drawing, printmaking and interior design classes for 19 years. Lynn is currently a member of The Southern Highland Craft Guild and a devoted studio Artist.
