Kristen Feighery

ARTIST STATEMENT

Kristen Feighery is a self-taught folk artist from the Appalachian Mountains of Southeastern Kentucky.  She loves all things iconic and enjoys nothing more than painting inspirational and whimsical subjects.  A significant portion of her work addresses the town she calls home, Davidson. Sometimes pictures tell more of a story than words.  That is how she expresses her beliefs and emotions, through pictures.
