All items from Wooden Stone are hand-made by North American artists and craftspeople. Many are one-of-a-kind. When ordering multiples of a particular piece, please keep in mind they may vary slightly. Items may also differ slightly from any photos shown due to natural variations in the materials or the inherent handcrafted quality. However, we will do our best to present you with the most accurate information about the item/s you want to purchase.
For purchases made in person at the Gallery, Wooden Stone gladly accepts all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, cash and checks. For purchases made via email, phone, or from the web store, we accept all major credit and debit cards.
We ship USPS (United States Postal Service), unless otherwise arranged with the customer. In-stock items usually ship within 48 hours after confirmation. For special orders and items not in stock, we will let you know an estimated ship date.
Minimum shipping and handling cost is $10. The total shipping and handling cost will depend on the size of the box, weight, insurance costs and destination. Any additional insurance you would like will also be calculated at an additional cost. Small items, such as jewelry, will be shipped at a flat fee of $10.
Expedited delivery is also available at an additional cost.

We value customer satisfaction and do all we can to make your experience with Wooden Stone Gallery enjoyable. Our goal is for you to be delighted with your purchase. If there should be an issue, please notify us within seven (7) days of receiving your item/s.
Merchandise must be returned in new and unused condition and in its original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is at the Buyer’s expense and the package must be insured for the purchase price.
If a package arrives damaged, save all the original packaging and contact us within three (3) days. You need to contact the shipper (in most cases the USPS) immediately, as well. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen merchandise once the package arrives at its destination.
