Dawn started the Hippie Kitchen in 2008 and has been in the food industry for over 15 years, doing catering and high-end tea parties, both here in North Carolina and in New York City. Most of her items are made with 95% to 100% organic ingredients and a tremendous amount of time and effort are put into making sure that these ingredients are of the highest quality.
