Robert “Bob” Hanks has been working with wood for the better part of seventy years. His woodworking experience began in the mid 1940s at a trade school in Connecticut. Bob’s bowls have two coats of polyurethane to permanently seal the wood, followed by a USDA-approved, food gradesalad bowl finish. To clean, wipe with a soft, moistened cloth and apply a thin coat of extra virgin olive oil! Avoid water and dish soap.
